Manufacturing Time

All equipment is manufactured to order. It takes one to two business days to process an order prior to it going to manufacturing. Typical time from date of order acceptance to shipment is four (4) weeks. At other times shipment is much faster.

Peak Season

During certain months shipment could be up to eight (8) due to the rush of school jobs, generally before school holidays (i.e. Summer/Winter/Spring Breaks).

Critical Ship Date Requirements

We do understand that at times our ship date is critical to your startup date or critical due to your products being broken. If you have a particular need, please call us or email us to see if we can accommodate your requirement. We do not want to disappoint you if you are in need.

Shipping & Delivery

Allow one (1) week for delivery once the product is shipped via standard truck delivery.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if the delivery destination does not have a loading dock then the liftgate shipping option is required. The driver will not be able to unload the unit(s) from the truck unless there is either a loading dock -OR- you have selected the liftgate shipping option during checkout.

Shipped Fully Assembled

We save you money on installation because most equipment is shipped fully assembled via moving vans, just like furniture. This means that all the food protectors, shelves, plate rests, etc are all mounted and wired into a single cord and plug. You will not have to uncrate or assemble anything.

We wrap the units in plastic and then blanket pads. They roll off the truck and into position. You remove the shrink-wrap plastic, line them up, and plug them into electric. That is the extent of installation.

Your email address and other personal information will not be shared with other businesses.

Returns & Replacements

Non-standard modules and modules with cut-outs are not returnable. If properly authorized within 60 days of shipment, in writing by Galley, new and unused standard modules may be returned to Galley and will be credited at invoice prices less a minimum restocking charge of 25%.

The unused item must be returned by freight prepaid by the Buyer and in its original carton or crate. Equipment found to be used or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender.

No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
